Born from the vision of three Latina founders and rooted in New York’s rich cultural landscape, AreitoTaino creates equitable pathways to training, mentorship, and performance. Youth Playwriting Program
The Youth Playwriting Program is an eight-week creative writing and theater program designed to introduce young adults to the art and craft of playwriting through an inclusive, hands-on learning experience.
Where Passion Meets Practice
At AreitoTaino, we turn vision into action. From page to stage and contract to curtain, our programs are designed to meet artists where they are—and help them grow. Copyright & Entertainment Legal Clinics Workshop for Artists
A free 3-hour (one-day) practical legal clinic designed for artists to understand the fundamental elements of copyright & entertainment law to help artists protect their creative rights.
Announcing New Programs
The AreitoTaino Group has launched the AreitoTaino Play Developmental Series, which takes original plays from first draft to full production (beginning with “Ice Factory”), and the Writers Collaborative Network, a bi-monthly workshop starting Spring 2027.
AreitoTaino Dance Program
Free comprehensive children’s ballet year-round program. A beginner’s ballet program for children ages 5 – 10 years old.

At AreitoTaino, we believe that a young playwright’s first script, an immigrant actor’s contract, or a teenager’s moment on stage should never depend on their zip code or bank account. Every program we offer —from our Youth Playwriting Program to our free Legal Clinics for Artists— is designed to remove barriers, not create new ones.
